ABOUT
Catrina is a Climate Change Specialist at the World Bank, a fellow of the Energy for Growth Hub and Agora Energiewende, and former OIES-Saudi Aramco Fellow at the Oxford Institute of Energy Studies. Her research focuses on the political economy of climate change and energy sector reform, governance, and transitions.

Extensive knowledge of power sector structure, governance, and reform, specifically in developing country contexts. Understanding of relevant sector metrics and indicators, economic and social inter-linkages, and development challenges.
ENERGY & CLIMATE POLICY
Broad knowledge of energy and climate policy and scenario planning at the international, national, and sub-national levels. Familiarity with policy development, monitoring, implementation and review processes.
